Section 49
<br> which can determine the limits of securities transactions
The board may determine the limit of securities that can be traded at one time or the limit of securities that can be held by any one person by buying and selling at one time as prescribed. (3) Without prejudice to the generality of sub-section (1), the Board may prescribe or determine the maximum extent to which a person may hold any type of securities at one time as prescribed.
